This is an elegant and super easy recipe for your Summer BBQ!
3 tablespoons light brown sugar
1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
4 fresh organic peaches sliced in half, pits removed
grapeseed oil (or vegetable oil)
vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
Preheat grill to medium heat
In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon.
Brush cut sides of peaches with grapeseed
oil or vegetable oil.
Cook, cut side down, until fruit has grill marks, 3 to 4 minutes.
Brush tops with oil, flip peaches, and sprinkle cut sides with cinnamon sugar.
Grill for another 2-3 minutes until cinnamon sugar begins to caramelize.
Remove from Grill and serve with vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt (sprinkle on extra cinnamon
sugar if you like)
