Healthy Blueberry Crumble!


4 cups assorted fresh organic berries such as strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, and raspberries
1 cup almond flour
1/3 cup of coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
maple syrup to taste
whipped cream


Preheat oven to 375
Lightly grease an 8×8 dish
Place washed berries in the baking dish
In a small bowl, combine almond flour, coconut oil and vanilla with your hands until it makes a crumbly topping.
Sprinkle the crumble over the berries.
Cook for about 20 minutes in the oven.
Remove from oven and drizzle with maple syrup.
Top with whipped cream ! yum!!
