- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 2/3 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup ice
- Add all of the ingredients to the blender and blend on high for at least 3 minutes or until smooth.
- Add more almond milk or ice if it’s too thick.
