Sciatica!! Here are some stretches that helped me relieve the pain!

I’m not gonna lie.  Sciatic pain sucks!! I get pain from my lower back all the way down to my toes sometimes.  It has gotten better with these hip opening stretches and piriformis stretches.  I do back stretches too but I found that hip and piriformis stretches really relieved the pain.  Here are some videos and articles that might help you.  I hate using ibuprofen because I want to save my liver!!  Check these links out and start feeling better soon.
