I’m not gonna lie. Sciatic pain sucks!! I get pain from my lower back all the way down to my toes sometimes. It has gotten better with these hip opening stretches and piriformis stretches. I do back stretches too but I found that hip and piriformis stretches really relieved the pain. Here are some videos and articles that might help you.
