Halibut is one of my favorite fish on the grill because it’s so easy to cook and always tastes great!
2 tablespoons dry white wine
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
1 lemon juiced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon chopped rosemary
2 halibut steaks, 4-6 ounces each
Salt and Pepper
Whisk together the wine, mustard, lemon juice, olive oil and rosemary in a small
shallow baking dish. Add the halibut cover on all sides. Marinate in the
refrigerator for 1 hour. Preheat grill. Season fish with salt and pepper to taste. Grill the steaks for 3 to 4 minutes on each side or to desired temperature. Serve with your favorite greens and sliced fresh lemons.
