Healthy Homemade Roasted Carrots Ready to Eat. jewish new year rosh hashanah

Honey Glazed Carrots for your little bunnies!

Your kids will eat all their carrots with this delicious honey glaze sauce!  Yum!  Happy Easter!

 

Ingredients

  • 5-6 large organic carrots
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  •  tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • italitan parsley for garnish

Directions

  • Wash, peel and cut carrots in about 3 inch long pieces and half lengthwise. 
  • Mix  olive oil, honey, sea salt and pepper in a bowl. Toss carrots with the honey-olive oil mixture.  Line a baking sheet with foil and spread carrots on and bake at 400 F for about 30 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve warm.
