Brussels Sprouts roasted with olive oil.

Roasted Brussels Sprouts, wait…..with cheese!!

These little mini cabbages are abundant at your local farmer’s market.  They are so good for you and delicious!!!  

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds Brussels sprouts (cleaned and cut in half)

3 tablespoons good olive oil

1/2 cup parmesan cheese

3/4 teaspoon kosher salt

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

 

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Mix brussels sprouts in a bowl with the olive oil, cheese, salt and pepper.
Use cooking spray on a sheet pan and spread brussels sprouts, careful not to overlap.

Roast for 20-25 minutes, until crisp on the outside and tender on the inside and serve immediately!
